Dinner for 8 Families
DINNER FOR 8--FAMILIES
What is it? Dinner for 8 Families is similar to our "regular" dinner for 8--but with a twist. Once the sign up list is complete (last day to sign up is June 15), the Family Fellowship Team will assign groups of approximately 8 adults and their families!!
You'll receive a letter from the Family Fellowship Team before the 21st of June with your group assignment--with one person asked to coordinate the first gathering. Together at your first dinner, you'll pick the dates for the remaining meals, rotating homes each time. Or, if the group so desires--you can meet at a park for a picnic--or somewhere with a playground. It's up to each group to determine what will work best.
There is no limit to the number of groups we can have--so invite your friends to participate, as well!!
The sign up sheet is on the secretary's desk in the foyer. Or, you can email the church office at office@stcharlesumc.com and let Karen know you'd like to be a part of Dinner for 8 FAMILIES.
